A quick note on rust, there isn't any. Both Stainless Steel and Anodised Aluminium tags are naturally resistant to rust and corrosion. Your tag won't deteriorate from moisture, sweat, or general wear. The engraving is permanent. What you're maintaining is the finish.

Tag Care

Your tags are built for the grit, but a little care goes a long way.

• Polish: To keep your engraving sharp, buff with the Tag You're It cloth after your session to keep the finish sharp and shining.
  
• Cleaning After the Grit: For mud, dirt, or salt, quick rinse with fresh water and mild soap. For a deep clean on the laser engraving, a soft toothbrush gets into every groove cleanly. Always dry immediately with your microfiber cloth. Salt and sweat are two things worth acting on quickly to avoid water spots.
  
• Protecting Your Finish: For Stainless Steel, a regular polish maintains the shine. For Anodised Aluminium, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbers to protect the colour.
