Tag You're It creates personalised, made-to-order products. Because every item is custom engraved to your specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised Items
As our products are individually engraved to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the customer has provided incorrect personalisation details, changed their mind, or ordered the wrong size or variant. Please double-check all engraving details — including spelling, spacing, and capitalisation — before completing your purchase.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every item we make. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will re-engrave and reship your item at no cost, or issue a full refund at your discretion:
- Engraving error on our part (incorrect text, missing text, or wrong item engraved)
- Item arrives damaged or faulty
- Wrong product received
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if any of these issues apply. Claims made after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
How To Lodge A Claim
Email us at hello@tagyoureit.com.au with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 1–2 business days and make it right.
Return Shipping
Where a return is required due to our error or a faulty item, Tag You're It will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for the same guarantee as full-price items. We will always remedy our errors regardless of the price paid.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under the ACL, including your right to a remedy for major failures with products.
