Shipping policy

Every Tag You're It order is personalised and made to order. Please allow time for engraving and quality checking before your order is dispatched.


Order Processing

All orders are engraved and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.


Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping — Free on all orders
Delivered via Australia Post standard service. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days from dispatch date. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

Express Delivery — $12
Delivered via Australia Post Express Post service. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days from dispatch date for most metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

All Australian orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.


Dispatch Address

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you. If your parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@tagyoureit.com.au with your order number and tracking details. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note that once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tag You're It is not liable for parcels that are stolen or misplaced after delivery. If you have concerns about delivery security we recommend selecting an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Tag You're It is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@tagyoureit.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.
