Welcome to Tag You're It. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tag You're It (ABN 41 764 106 257), a sole trader business operating in Victoria, Australia. These Terms of Service govern your use of tagyoureit.com.au and any purchase you make through our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using our store you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Section 1 — Who Can Use Our Store

By using our store you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

Section 2 — Our Products

Tag You're It creates personalised, made-to-order products. Every item is custom engraved to your specifications at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • Product colours and finishes may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings
  • Because our products are personalised, please review all engraving details carefully before submitting your order — including spelling, capitalisation, and spacing
  • We reserve the right to decline orders that contain offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content
  • Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable or where we identify an error in pricing or product description.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once engraving has commenced. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@tagyoureit.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate and complete.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. Express delivery is available at checkout for $12, or complimentary on orders over $55.

Dispatch timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on tagyoureit.com.au — including our name, logo, product images, copy, and brand assets — is owned by Tag You're It and protected under Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

The Tag You're It name, wordmark, and associated branding are the intellectual property of Tag You're It. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Section 7 — Third-Party Links and Tools

Our store may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Any use of third-party tools or links is at your own risk.

Section 8 — Relationship With Shopify

Tag You're It is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our store to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with Tag You're It. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Tag You're It, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Tag You're It.

Section 9 — Customer Reviews and Feedback

By submitting a review or any other feedback to us, you grant Tag You're It a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for any business purpose including marketing. You confirm that any feedback you provide is honest, accurate, and your own.

We reserve the right to remove feedback that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Section 10 — Prohibited Uses

You agree to use our store for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the store for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Tag You're It or any third party
  • Submit false, misleading, or offensive personalisation requests
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of our store without permission
  • Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with our store

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders where prohibited use is suspected.

Section 11 — Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Tag You're It's liability for any claim arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.

Section 13 — Errors and Omissions

We take care to ensure our store is accurate and up to date. However errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed. Where a correction materially affects your order we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel.

Section 14 — Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 15 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
