Can I customise the text on my tag?

Absolutely! All of our tags can be personalised with your own message (up to 15 characters per tag). Simply enter your custom text in the box when placing your order.

What’s the difference between Stainless Steel and Anodised Aluminium tags?

Both materials are high-quality and built for movement, but they offer slightly different vibes:

  • Stainless Steel: Our most durable and "heavy-duty" option. It has a premium, weighted feel and is highly resistant to scratches and tarnishing.
  • Anodised Aluminium: The ultimate lightweight choice. It’s so light you’ll forget it’s even there! The "anodised" finish allows for vibrant colours (like black or blue) and provides a protective layer against corrosion, making it perfect for runners.

The Verdict: Choose Stainless Steel for maximum durability and a classic look, or Anodised Aluminium if you want to keep your gear as light as possible.

How do I clean my Tag You’re It tags?

For everyday grit like mud or dust, a quick rinse with fresh water and mild soap is all you need. For a deeper clean in the engraving, use a soft toothbrush. Crucial step: Always dry them immediately with your Tag You’re It polishing cloth to prevent water spots, especially after exposure to salt or heavy sweat.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely, our Gifting Suite - the Milestone and Victory sets, are designed for that lucky person who deserves a reminder of how strong they truly are.

Simply enter their address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address. We don’t include any value invoices inside the box. Your receipt will be sent straight to your inbox.

Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping work and how much does it cost?

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to have your custom tags dispatched within 24–48 hours via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days | FREE on all Australian orders

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days | $12 Flat rate

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your tags are on their way so you can follow them every step of the way. For more details, check out our Shipping Policy.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Don't panic! While most orders arrive right on time, sometimes the journey takes a little longer. Before reaching out, please check these quick steps:

  1. Check your tracking link: Double-check the latest update in the email we sent when your tags were dispatched.
  2. Confirm your address: Re-verify the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure there wasn't a typo.
  3. Check "Safe Drop" locations: Australia Post may leave packages in a safe spot, with a neighbour, or at your local Post Office if you weren't home.

When should I contact you?

If your tags have not arrived in 7 business days of your estimated delivery, please let us know.

Reach out to our team here with your order number, and our team will investigate and help resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re currently exclusive to Australia, but we have plans to expand! If you’re outside of Australia and dying to get your hands on some tags, we’d love to hear from you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Because each of our items is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If we have made an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, we will happily arrange a replacement or exchange immediately.
